Ozonated Glycerine, or OG for short, absorbs quickly into the skin

Generally similar to Ozonated Olive Oil uses, depending on
personal circumstances and preferences.

Usage Guidance
- Smooth a thin layer onto clean skin morning and evening, or as needed on dry patches, shaving rash, cracked heels and everyday nicks.
- Apply 1–2 drops to clean, dry skin.
- Use 1–3 times daily or as needed.
- For easier spreading, moisten one hand with water and gently spread over the area.
- To apply on larger areas, e.g. large wounds, an OG solution can be sprayed onto the area.
- Dilute 1 part Ozonated Glycerine with 1 part of purified water (or more as desired).
- Mix (shake) thoroughly in a small spray bottle before putting the spray cap back on to avoid clogging.
For Babies: Best in diluted form.

- Place 3–5 drops in the mouth.
- Hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing.
- Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by a natural healthcare professional.

- Mix 10–15 drops with 10 ml of water.
- Swish for 30 seconds, then swallow.

For Babies
- Dilute 1 drop in 1 ml of breast milk or purified water.

3. Ear Drops
For earache and ear infections.
Usage Guidance
- Drip 1–2 drops of OG (or even slightly diluted with distilled or purified water) into each ear and gently massage the earlobes so that it penetrates well.
- Do this 2–3 times per day.
- Earache often disappears in less than 30 minutes.
4. Internal Use
- Vaginal douching/cleansing

How soon will it work

Usage Guidance – Nebulising
- Start with 5 drops diluted with 40–50 drops of distilled water or saline (roughly about 1:7). This is about the same as 0.5 ml OG diluted with 2–3 ml of distilled water or saline. Dilute even more if sensitive.
- Start inhaling with very slow and deep breaths to avoid coughing caused by the very sweet vapour of the glycerine and gradually return to deep and relaxed normal breathing.
- Nebulise for 10–15 minutes as often as needed.
- If preferred, add a very tiny drop of eucalyptus or another essential oil of your choice that is beneficial for the lungs.
- Discontinue use if persistent irritation occurs.

What it is
From the Hot Mineral Springs of KwaZulu-Natal
Thangami has been documented as having both hot mineral springs
and hot mineral mud deposits. Academic research from the University
of KwaZulu-Natal documents hot springs and hot mineral mud deposits
at the resort. Another South African academic study identified Thangami
as the only thermal spring resort in South Africa with a source of
mineral-rich mud.
This is not manufactured cosmetic clay. It is naturally occurring
